There are lots of rules and regulations to follow in regards to watching and swimming with whales. Guests must stay at least 100m from a whale and 30m approach for swimming. Luckily though, the whales never get a copy of these regulations, so if they want to come to us, which they often do. That’s fine!

Yes, we encourage you to bring a few light snacks as there is nothing for sale onboard.

The tour departs from and returns to a spot right near the famous Cubby Bakehouse. So if you've worked up an appetite after, definitely check it out!

Unfortunately, no backpacks or large bags allowed onboard.

Unfortunately, Mother Nature plays a big role in whether or not the tour runs. If The Supplier cancels due to the weather, you will have the option of booking on another day. 

Seasickness is a common disturbance of the inner ear - affecting your sense of balance and equilibrium. If you think you’re prone to seasickness or motion sickness, it is advised that you consult your doctor or pharmacist and purchase your own seasickness tablets prior to joining the tour. However, if you forget, there's have seasickness tablets available for purchase before departing on your ocean adventure.

Chinderah is located approx. a 40 minute drive from Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast, or approx. 10 minutes from Tweed Heads.

If you are driving from the south on the pacific motorway, take the Kingscliff/ Cudgen exit. and go left at the round about, follow this road.

If you are driving from the north on the Pacific Motorway, take the Kingscliff/Cudgen exit, and go right at the round about. Passing under the motor way and then follow this road.
